How To Make Beef Rendang Typical Food Of Indonesia

Beef Rendang

Beef Rendang is the typical food of Indonesia, Rendang made of different ingredients and spices - special spices.

Main Ingredients :
  • Beef 2 Kg  ( Choose Meat That Good quality )
  • Coconut milk 2 liters
Materials seasoning Beef Rendang 

a. 7 cloves garlic
b. 1/2 tablespoon coriander
c. 1 vertebra thumb turmeric that has been burned
d. 1 vertebra thumb
e. 2 cm galangal ginger burned
f. 6 grains hazelnut
g. 100 grams of red chili
h. 100 grams of curly red pepper to taste
i. 14 shallots
j. 1 teaspoon cumin roasted
k. 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
l. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Then Seasoning Blend All the above

Additional materials

a. 3 stalks lemongrass crushed
b. 3 leaves
c. 4 cm turmeric  kandis acid
d. 5 lime leaves

How to Make :

First prepare a large skillet and then enter the coconut milk and then enter the spice that has been crushed before, do not forget to add kandis acid, turmeric leaves, stalks lemongrass and stir continuously for about 30 minutes on medium heat slowly and evenly so as not to break the coconut milk later . Add chunks of beef to the pan before stirring constantly until boiling, then reduce the flame, stirring constantly back up the coconut milk thickens and becomes dry.
